Cancellation Policies

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. We reserve the right to charge up to the full-service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will automatically result in a charge equal to or up to 50% of the reserved service amount at the time the service is due to be complete. Our policy reserves the right to require a major credit card, debit card, or gift card for scheduling all appointments.

No Shows

Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked at the time the service is due to be complete.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation if we have your email on file. We confirm 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Management Discretion

Dream Skin Lasers reserves the right to deny services or stop services during treatment at the discretion of management.
